Orders placed through www.pastelbabydesign.com are shipped from Latvia by SIA SewLab.
Order Processing
Many of our products are handmade and/or made to order. Processing time may vary depending on the product, personalization options and current order volume.
The estimated processing time applicable to a product is shown on the relevant product page or during checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the countries and regions available during checkout.
Available shipping methods depend on the destination and may include postal services, parcel lockers and courier delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, parcel size and selected delivery method.
The current shipping price is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The price shown at checkout takes precedence over any shipping prices previously displayed elsewhere on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, approximate delivery times are:
- Latvia and the Baltic States: approximately 2–5 business days
- European Union: approximately 3–15 business days
- United Kingdom: approximately 6–15 business days
- United States: approximately 6–15 business days
- Other international destinations: approximately 6–20 business days
Express delivery options may be available for certain destinations and are displayed at checkout where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, destination, customs procedures, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable law.
Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon import.
Any applicable taxes or duties collected during checkout will be shown before the order is completed.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@pastelbabydesign.com and we will assist you in checking the shipment.
Please note that carrier tracking estimates are provided by the relevant shipping provider and may change during transit.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs of the parcel and damaged item so that we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
