The online store www.pastelbabydesign.com is managed by SIA Pastel Design, registration No. 50203539471, address Daliju street 12, Ozolnieki, Jelgavas nov., LV-3018, Latvia.

By using this online store, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and SIA Pastel Design (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).

These Terms are deemed a distance contract as defined by Latvian law and apply to all purchases made on the www.pastelbabydesign.com online store.

SIA Pastel Design reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes via the website or email.

2. Product and Price Information

Product descriptions and prices are provided next to each product.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the selected method and destination.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ in color, size, or shape.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices, product listings, and discounts at any time. Orders are processed according to the prices valid at the time of purchase.

If the Seller cannot deliver a product due to unavailability, the Customer will be contacted with the option to choose a similar product or receive a refund within 14 days.

3. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed by adding products to the cart and following the checkout steps.

The Customer must provide accurate contact and delivery information. The Seller is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

Payment methods include:

• Bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, etc.)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Buy now, pay later services (where available)

All payments are securely processed by Maksekeskus AS.

Once payment is received, the order is confirmed, and the sales contract enters into force.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the countries listed on the checkout page. Delivery methods include parcel machines, couriers, and local pickup options.

Standard delivery within Latvia takes 1–14 working days. For international deliveries, timeframes may vary.

In exceptional cases (e.g., force majeure), delivery may take up to 45 days.

Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order. To do so, the Customer must:

• Submit a written withdrawal notice to hello@pastelbabydesign.com
• Return the unused product in its original packaging within 14 days

The Customer covers return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

The Seller refunds the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

If the returned product shows signs of use, the Seller may deduct a portion of the refund.

6. Defective Goods

The Seller is responsible for non-conformities existing at the time of delivery, valid for up to 2 years.

The Customer must report defects within 2 months of discovery to hello@pastelbabydesign.com or by phone +37126067036.

The Seller will repair, replace, or refund the product if the defect is confirmed. Refunds are issued within 14–30 days.

7. Liability

SIA Pastel Design is liable for direct losses caused by violations of these Terms.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of provided information and must notify the Seller if unauthorized access to their account is suspected.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The Seller processes personal data (name, contact info, delivery address) to fulfill orders.

Data may be shared with delivery partners but is not stored or shared beyond the scope of the purchase.

Payments are processed in secure environments and are not visible to the Seller.

Customers may opt-in to receive marketing emails and may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved by contacting SIA Pastel Design via email or phone.

If unresolved, the Customer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
