How long will delivery of my order take?
Considering that some of the products in our offer are made to order, the processing time may take from 1 to 5 working days. If you want to receive your order by shipping, then you should add the delivery time - usually 5 -15 working days (Europe and US). Expres shipping is available! Are there any stores where I can view your products?
Our products can be viewed and purchased in several children's boutiques in the USA, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Germany. Email us at hello@pastelbabydesign.com for more information on store locations.
What shipping service do you use?
We use Omniva and DPD parcel stations to ship all of our packages in Baltic countries and Latvian Post, USPS , UPS and DPD for worldwide shipping. At checkout, you can select the delivery service of your choice (i.e, Standard shipping, Express shipping, etc.).

Do you offer returns/exchanges?
We look at returns/exchanges on a case by case basis. If something is wrong with your order or you aren't satisfied with the product please always contact us. In order for a product to be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in BRAND NEW condition. Returns are NOT POSSIBLE for individual and personalized orders. How can I personalize the selected product?
If you want to buy a product with embroidery, please select the appropriate option next to the product. When completing the purchase, you will have access to a note box where you need to enter information about the embroidery: the text to be embroidered, the font of the lettering and the thread color. If you can't find the personalization option on the product, then email us at hello@pastelbabydesign.com and we will find out if embroidery can be added to the selected product.
In which package will I receive my order? Do you offer gift wrapping?
Packaging is a matter of our hearts and we take great care so that when you receive your package, you feel with what care we have prepared it for you! If the order is intended as a gift, please leave us a note with the purchase and we will take care of the aesthetic appearance of the package. It is also possible to attach a greeting card with your text.
Where do you buy your fabrics?
We order all fabrics from our trusted wholesaler partners. For several years, we have selected some European fabric bases that offer high-quality certified fabrics that meet all the requirements and standards of children's textile production.
